Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver to my area?
Yes. Delivery is free within 10 miles of the intersection of Temecula Parkway and Butterfield Stage Parkway in Temecula, CA 92592, within Riverside County.

We primarily serve Temecula, Murrieta, French Valley, Winchester, and surrounding Riverside County communities. At this time, we do not provide delivery into San Diego County.

Travel beyond 10 miles within our service area is billed at $5 per mile, one way. If your address is outside the 10 mile radius, any additional travel fee will be calculated after your order is reviewed and confirmed with you before booking.


What happens after I submit my order?
After you submit your reservation request, we review your details including delivery address, surface type, message, and availability. If any travel fees apply, we will calculate and confirm the final total with you. Once payment is received, your date is officially secured and you’ll receive confirmation of your installation and pickup timing.


Do you offer graduation displays?
Yes. Graduation season is one of our busiest times of year. Popular dates fill quickly, especially the week of local high school ceremonies. We strongly recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date.

Because inventory is limited during graduation season, extended display time may not be available for certain dates. Multi day bookings may also limit availability for other families.

Peak week policies may apply during high demand graduation dates, including limited setup windows, restricted multi day bookings, or adjusted pricing based on availability.


How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 days ahead. Some dates fill quickly, especially weekends, holidays and graduation week, so earlier is always better. Your reservation is secured once payment is received.


When will the yard card be set up and removed?
Displays are usually set up the evening before your event and removed the following evening. If you'd like the display to stay up longer, extended display time may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability during peak seasons.


Do I need to be home for delivery?
Nope. Just make sure we have access to the yard. Please confirm gate codes or ensure your name is left at the gate, secure pets, and turn off sprinklers during the delivery window.


Where can the signs be installed?
Our signs work best on real grass lawns. For artificial turf, gravel, dirt, concrete, or indoor locations, display stands are required and will incur an additional fee. Stands allow us to safely install your display without ground stakes and are commonly used for driveways, patios, school campuses, gyms, and event venues. Displays on stands may be more sensitive to high winds and must be placed in a stable, level area. Please let us know your installation surface ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.


Do you include lighting?
Yes. We include solar spotlights at no extra cost for most home displays installed on real grass lawns. Unlike many competitors, we never charge extra for this added touch.


What if it rains or the weather is bad?
We install rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe, such as high winds or lightning. If severe weather prevents installation, we'll work with you to reschedule or issue a credit.


Can I choose the colors or theme?
Absolutely. We do our best to match your preferred colors, theme, and interests based on availability. Let us know your ideas when you place your order.


Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be applied where required by California law and will be reflected in your final total.


Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds if we are unable to access the property due to locked gates, incorrect or missing codes, loose pets, or running sprinklers. Please double check your details before submitting your order.


Can I share photos of the yard card?
Yes, and we’d love it if you did. Tag us @TheCardedYard on Instagram or Facebook so we can celebrate with you. We may even feature your photo on our page.

Privacy Policy

At The Carded Yard, we take your privacy seriously. We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order and provide great service—such as your name, contact information, event details, and delivery address.

We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties. Your details are used solely to process your booking, communicate with you about your order, and deliver your yard card display as requested.

​We started The Carded Yard in July 2020 with one goal, to spread joy, one yard at a time. What began as a way to brighten a tough year has grown into a celebration-filled adventure we absolutely love.
