- By paying your invoice from The Carded Yard, you agree to these rental terms and conditions.
- Payment is required at time of booking to reserve date.
- The Carded Yard greetings are rented for up to 24 hours, unless otherwise arranged. Typically we set up your display the evening before (or morning of) the event and pick up the next night or the morning following the event. Greetings can stay up longer for an additional charge.
- The Carded Yard and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during setup, display time or take down of the yard greeting.
- Please DO NOT move or remove any part of the display, including our advertising signs and logos. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the display is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from The Carded Yard. All signs, stakes and other parts of the yard greeting display remain the property of The Carded Yard.
- You are responsible for replacement of damaged or missing signs, graphics, letters metal stakes and/or stands at full replacement value. Full payment for damage will be enforced.
- Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard greeting display. Our signs and stakes will not support the weight of small children or adults leaning, sitting or playing on them.
- Please turn off sprinkler systems and postpone lawn service for the duration of your yard greeting display rental. Lawnmowers, yard trimmers, sprinklers, etc., could damage the display.
- The Carded Yard reserves the right to decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.
- Cancellations received at least 72 hours prior to your reserved date will receive a full refund.
- If we are unable to deliver your yard greeting due to inclement weather (lightening, high winds, etc.) we will attempt to reschedule the greeting or offer a full refund.
- CHECK YOUR INVOICE CAREFULLY FOR CORRECT RESERVATION DETAILS. We will not issue refunds if we are given an incorrect address, spelling, date, or if recipient refuses delivery/asks for early pick up. No refunds will be issued if we arrive to a location without a lawn and stands were not ordered.
